Strategy
To build upon Calico Club's distinct approach, our strategy focused on creating a cohesive brand identity that could enhance both their physical spaces and online presence. We aimed to blend the calming, nature-centric ambiance of their stores with a strong digital footprint, connecting with a wider audience of fashion enthusiasts and design lovers.
Approach
We designed flexible interiors that embraced Japanese aesthetics: minimal, warm and intentional. The atmosphere invited people to slow down and connect. Online, we brought the same sensibility to a digital strategy that reached over a million sneakerheads and fashion followers. We produced content that felt curated, not cluttered, and revamped the website to reflect the in-store mood. It was all about consistency: from tone of voice to lighting design, every element played a part in the full brand experience.
Result
Revenue rose by 78 percent. Engagement deepened. Calico Club / became more than a shop, it became a destination. The cohesive design system made each location feel part of a bigger whole, while the boosted digital presence pulled in a wider audience. With a clear brand voice and a space that breathes, Calico Club / now attracts, connects and converts, online and offline.
