Strategy
We were tasked with turning a complex product category into a compelling brand experience. The solution? Build a space where the machines speak for themselves. Inside an old factory hall, we created an environment that brought the entire production printing ecosystem to life. Our strategy focused on layering experience levels, making sure every visitor, from first-timer to expert, could discover something meaningful. This wasn’t just about specs and stats, but about showing the real-world value of what these machines can do.
Approach
We designed a full experience center with carefully lit product zones, immersive showcases and interactive demo setups. Each element was engineered to spark curiosity and clarity. From tactile sample stations to seamless walkthroughs, everything was built to engage different types of visitors. Launch events and client demos got their own spotlight moments, while the everyday setup remained flexible and functional. Smart use of space and storytelling made the technology approachable without dumbing it down. The factory setting gave it all a raw, authentic energy that matched the brand’s ambition.
Result
The center became a magnet for clients, prospects and partners. It helped close deals, onboard teams and build excitement around new products. More than just a showroom, it turned into a strategic asset for marketing and sales, supporting everything from launches to long-term relationship building. The space showed that with the right experience design, even the most technical tools can inspire, persuade and connect.
