Strategy
The challenge was to modernize without losing the human connection. We needed to retain the deep trust clients had in the original brand while introducing a new identity that spoke to broader views on health and personal care. To bring structure and clarity to a growing organization, we developed six sub-brands under one umbrella. Each represents a different branch of care, ranging from mental health to social support, making it easier for clients to find their way and for the brand to grow in a coherent, scalable way.
Approach
We created a brand strategy with ‘Modus Groen’ at the core, standing for recovery and resilience, physically, mentally and socially. Around that, we introduced six clearly defined sub-brands, each with a specific focus and target group. Visually, they share the same DNA but are color-coded and named to reflect their individual roles. The full rollout included a new identity, tone of voice, website, signage and internal materials, all tailored to bring unity without losing nuance.
Result
The new structure gave Modus Groen clarity inside and out. Clients now find the right care path faster, and internal teams communicate with more focus and consistency. The sub-brands allow for specialization without fragmentation, and the refreshed identity creates trust at every touchpoint. Modus Groen is now equipped to grow: modularly, meaningfully and with its original soul intact.
