To better connect with young adults, SNS launched the Jongerenboard, a platform to listen, learn and co-create with the next generation. In close collaboration with HPB we helped turn those conversations into real insights and action.

Young adults face real challenges: pressure, insecurity and inequality in opportunity. SNS wanted to understand these issues directly from the source. The goal was to give this group a seat at the table, not just as customers, but as co-thinkers in shaping the bank's future. The strategy focused on open dialogue and long-term engagement, using the Jongerenboard as both a sounding board and a catalyst for change.
Approach
We kicked off in 2022 with sessions built around trust and curiosity. Through in-depth conversations, workshops and listening labs, we uncovered what drives, frustrates and motivates young people today. These insights weren’t boxed up in reports, they were shared across SNS to inspire product teams, marketers and decision-makers.
Result
The Jongerenboard gave SNS more than feedback, it delivered clarity. The voices of young people now actively shape strategies and services, from communication tone to product innovation. It also strengthened the bank’s social positioning, proving that when you listen with intent, you grow with purpose. The board continues to evolve as a living bridge between brand and generation.
