The only people who can determine how hospitable a city really is are the ones who visit. But how to find out what they really experience?
Mobile ethnography is an innovative and powerful way to research markets and map human behaviour and perception. For the city of Venlo, we used a special app that makes large-scale online quantitative research possible, resulting in a detailed, visual customer journey including twelve hands-on recommendations that make future policy for the city centre more sustainable.
